Creating An Account

Before we can process your first order, you will be asked to set up an online account to order your printing and CD products. Maintaining an account at Harvest Communications offers many advantages. It allows you to check your order history, track current orders and access your order receipt. It also keeps track of your billing information and shipping addresses, so you only have to enter this information once when placing orders. Of course, all your data is encrypted and secure.

Setting up an account is easy: before completing your first order, you will be asked to enter your email address as well as a password of your own choosing in the Client Login section.

Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password you may contact us via email at webmaster@harvest-communications.com. We will promptly email you your password.


 
Your Account

Simply click on the Client Login button found in the left navigation bar to log in to Your Account, or to create your own personalized account with Harvest. If you’re already logged in, click on the Your Account button in the Customer Service section. A historical listing of all your orders and quotes, as well as your Billing Information and Shipping Information, will also be displayed in Your Account.

You can easily edit or add multiple addresses for your Billing and Shipping Information; check on your order status; and see a complete history of your quotes and orders with a simple click of the mouse.


 
Returns & Exchanges Policy

All printing and CD products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the order shipment date if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at sales@harvest-communications.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to ship your product. No Returns or Refunds will be given for order shipments after 31+ days.

Printing and CD products that have been damaged in transit, or that are defective, will have a replacement order sent by Harvest Communications. The products must be returned for a replacement shipment within 30 days from the order shipment date. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at sales@harvest-communications.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to ship your product. No Returns or Refunds will be given for product shipments after 31+ days.

Returns must be sent back in their original shipping containers or packaging with freight prepaid by the client.


 
Shipping and Delivery Policy

Orders for printing and CD products will be shipped the same business day of completion via your designated carrier to obtain your requested need by date.

Orders will be shipped and charged to your specified carrier’s account number.

All international shipments are made DDU (duty/taxes to be paid by recipient).


 
Payment Methods

Harvest Communications accepts the following forms of payment:

Credit Cards:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner’s Club, and Discover credit cards are accepted. Please ensure the Billing Address Information is as it appears on your credit card statement when placing your order.

Purchase Orders:
For those clients who have previously established a line of credit with Harvest Communications, you can issue a purchase order number for billing purposes. Please also fax us a hard copy of the Purchase Order document to 800.926.8038, attention Accounting Department.

For those clients who have not established credit with us, please complete the online Credit Application found in the Customer Service section of this website. We will make every effort to extend you a credit line within 48 business hours. Once your credit line is established and we receive a hard copy of your Purchase Order, we will commence the production of your project.


 
Taxes and Duties

State and local sales taxes will be charged for orders destined for physical delivery in the States of California only, as indicated on the Shipping Information entered by the client during the Check Out process when placing your order. The tax charges are calculated at the time of payment processing.

Orders destined for delivery in all countries outside of the U.S. are not charged sales or VAT taxes during the Check Out process. The recipient of the order, however, will be responsible for payment to customs any import duties and Value Added Taxes (VAT).

Tax Exempt clients can provide your Reseller’s Permit Authorization Number during the billing process to classify your purchase as tax exempt.
